| Christmas in France is very much like Christmas anywhere else in the North hemisphere - a magical experience. One of the traditions is to make Christmas Biscuits, small buttery sablés infused with honey, cinnamon, orange, and various other spices. Families usually spend the whole day making hundreds of those, and they will offer to anyone - and eat them all days long before Christmas! |
